Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellations are allowed one day before the delivery date.
  • Cancellations made at least two (2) days before the delivery date must be requested through bundlesofflowers@gmail.com
  • Strictly no cancellations once the flowers have been arranged, dispatched, or delivered.
  • If the cancellation is due to an unserviceable delivery area, an 80% refund will be issued (the remaining 20% covers transaction and processing fees).
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

 

Refund Policy

No Return, No Refund applies if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
  • The recipient is unavailable and no authorized person is present to receive the order.
  • The flowers were mishandled after receipt by the customer or recipient.
  • No Return, No Refund also applies for:
  • Wrong delivery item or variation, unless proven to be a fulfillment error on our part.
  • Wilted or damaged flowers caused by mishandling during or after delivery.

 

For any concerns regarding your order:

  • Complaints must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
  • Replacement requests, once approved, are processed within 2–3 working days.
