Refund policy
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations are allowed one day before the delivery date.
- Cancellations made at least two (2) days before the delivery date must be requested through bundlesofflowers@gmail.com
- Strictly no cancellations once the flowers have been arranged, dispatched, or delivered.
- If the cancellation is due to an unserviceable delivery area, an 80% refund will be issued (the remaining 20% covers transaction and processing fees).
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
Refund Policy
No Return, No Refund applies if:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
- The recipient is unavailable and no authorized person is present to receive the order.
- The flowers were mishandled after receipt by the customer or recipient.
- No Return, No Refund also applies for:
- Wrong delivery item or variation, unless proven to be a fulfillment error on our part.
- Wilted or damaged flowers caused by mishandling during or after delivery.
For any concerns regarding your order:
- Complaints must be reported within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- Replacement requests, once approved, are processed within 2–3 working days.
