Delivery Information

Please note that Bundles of Flowers follow Philippine Time.

Office Hours: 8:00AM to 8:00PM (Monday-Saturday)
Store Operating Hours: 8:00AM to 8:00PM (Monday-Sunday)

 

Same-day delivery within Metro Manila for orders placed before 12:00 nn. Orders received after 12:00 nn will be processed/delivered the following day.

 

Next-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 pm. Orders received after 4:00 pm will be delivered the following day. 
Home deliveries: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday-Sunday)
Office deliveries: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)

 

Outside Metro Manila / Provincial Areas: Delivery generally takes 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Advance reservation required; no deliveries on Sundays or holidays. Minimum amount may apply – please inquire at bundlesofflowers@gmail.com.

Late-Night Delivery (8:00 PM–10:00 PM): Additional fee of ₱500. Available on first-come, first-served basis. Not applicable during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

 

Peak Season Delivery Time & Terms: 

  • Office Deliveries: 8AM to 5PM
  • Home Deliveries: 5AM to 9PM

During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-demand seasons, the following special terms shall apply:

  • No time-specific deliveries will be accepted. Deliveries will be made between 5am to 9pm on a best-effort basis.
  • Same-day delivery and custom requests are not guaranteed during these periods.
  • Cancellations and refunds are not allowed for confirmed Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day orders once payment has been received.
  • Delivery lead time may be extended, and product substitutions may occur due to supply constraints.
  • Bundles of Flowers reserves the right to refuse any additional requests not confirmed in advance due to high-volume operations.

  • Bouquet molders will be used into all of our arrangements to ensure the safety, stability, and fresh appearance of the bouquets during transport or pick-up, maintaining their high quality.

 

Important Notes:

  • Sender must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including a contact number. If the recipient is not present and cannot be reached within 30 minutes, the bouquet may be returned and a re-delivery or re-route fee may apply (applicable within Metro Manila only). 
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient is still considered a fulfilled delivery. 
  • Replacement of flowers may occur (especially for provincial delivery) with flowers of equal or higher value; the sender will be informed. 
  • No liability for delays, non-delivery or damage due to natural disasters, acts of God or other circumstances beyond control.
