Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with Bundles of Flowers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). These terms apply to all products and services offered by Bundles of Flowers.
2. Orders & Payment
- Please send your proof of payment to our Facebook page (Bundles of Flowers) or email it to bundlesofflowers@gmail.com for confirmation. Your order will only be processed once your payment has been verified.
- We accept payment via BPI (Bank Deposit), Gcash (E-wallet), and PayPal (Credit/Debit Card).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier cost changes or market fluctuations.
3. Product Availability, Substitution & Variations
- Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of comparable quality and value, without prior notice.
- Product photographs are for illustration only. Individual arrangements may vary in appearance due to the handcrafted nature of our work.
- Natural variations in size, shape, color or appearance of flowers are not considered defects.
4. Delivery
- Delivery schedules, zones, and fees are as specified on our “Shipping Policy” page.
- Please make sure to select the correct City Rate on the Shipping Method for your order to be processed.
- It is the sender’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including recipient name, contact details and address.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and no authorized person is present to accept the order, we reserve the right to charge re-delivery fees or deem the delivery fulfilled.
- We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete recipient information, traffic, weather, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Peak Season Terms
During Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-demand seasons, the following special terms shall apply:
- No time-specific deliveries will be accepted. Deliveries will be made between 8am to 5pm (Office Deliveries), 5am to 9pm (Home Deliveries) on a best-effort basis.
- Same-day delivery and custom requests are not guaranteed during these periods.
- Cancellations and refunds are not allowed for confirmed Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day orders once payment has been received.
- Delivery lead time may be extended, and product substitutions may occur due to supply constraints.
- Bundles of Flowers reserves the right to refuse any additional requests not confirmed in advance due to high-volume operations.

Bouquet molders will be used into all of our arrangements to ensure the safety, stability, and fresh appearance of the bouquets during transport or pick-up, maintaining their high quality.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may not be cancelled one (1) calendar day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least two (2) full calendar days before the scheduled delivery date via email to bundlesofflowers@gmail.com
- Once the arrangement has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered, cancellations will not be accepted.
- If delivery is impossible due to the destination being unserviceable, the sender is entitled to an 80% refund of the order value (the remaining 20% covers processing and transaction fees). Refunds approved under this clause will be processed within 7–14 working days from approval.
7. Refund Policy
No Return / No Refund shall apply in the following cases:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout.
- The recipient is unavailable at the specified address and no authorized person is present to accept the order.
- The arrangement was mishandled or damaged after receipt by the customer or recipient.
- The wrong item was delivered due to sender error (unless confirmed as our fulfilment error).
- Any wilting or damage resulting from mishandling or inappropriate conditions after delivery.
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. If a replacement delivery is approved, it will be processed and scheduled within 2–3 working days of approval.
8. Liability & Limitation
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your purchase or use of our arrangements.
- Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon successful delivery to the recipient or their authorized representative.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, traffic delays, supply shortages, labor disputes, weather conditions, power failures, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
10. Data Privacy
All personal information collected for order processing will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for delivery fulfilment or as required by law.
11. Amendments
Bundles of Flowers reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on our website and shall apply to all future orders.
