• Keep in mind that flowers, fillers, and materials may be replaced as necessary due to availability.
• Each piece is uniquely handcrafted, so the arrangement may differ from the sample photo.
• The flowers are perishable and can last 1-5 days depending on the environment and care.
• Any delays in delivery may affect the product.
• Please be aware that the first petal of the flower are guard petals, they may look charred or discolored but they can be easily removed to reveal the fresh blooms underneath.
• The color of the actual flowers and materials may vary slightly due to the lighting or monitor settings.

Bouquets: Bouquet molders will be used into all of our arrangements to ensure the safety, stability, and fresh appearance of the bouquets during transport or pick-up, maintaining their high quality. We also include a small message card where you can write what you wish to say.

Other Arrangements: Small message cards are provided in the arrangements for those who want to articulate their thoughts.

Stands: Small cards, placards, and ribbons are available for message display on the arrangement.

• Same-day delivery within Metro Manila for orders placed before 12:00 nn (Philippine time). Orders received after 12:00 nn will be processed/delivered the following day.
• Outside Metro Manila / Provincial Areas: Delivery generally takes 4 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Advance reservation required; no deliveries on Sundays or holidays. Minimum amount may apply – please contact our customer support.
